file transfer manager

I'm trying to report a problem I found during installation with a particular driver file, and I've downloaded and installed the Vista Beta Client and Microsoft File Transfer Manager as suggested by Microsoft.
However, whenever I try and send a bug report, File Transfer Manager refuses to send the file and reports Error 12019, "Incorrect handle code was reported by the network".
Anyone have any suggestions?

Try this:
1) Open the File Transfer Manager 2) Click Options button 3) Click Connections tab 4) Clear HTTP checkbox 5) Click OK

Thanks. That did the trick. I also found the same solution mentioned in the Beta Client Help.
